Small Business Bookkeeping Spreadsheet Bundle: Pricing to Payroll
$24.99
Income, receipts, and the bank statement each tell part of the month. A close is easier when they sit in one record that has to match the statement.

- Workbooks for income and expenses, so the month has a written record.
- A mileage log for trips you want on the record later.
- A simple payroll log for what you paid and when.
- A monthly close with bank reconciliation, so the register and the statement have to agree.

Guessing at prices, losing receipts and never checking the bank adds up fast when you run a small shop or side business.
This bundle gives you four spreadsheets that each handle one money job and do the math for you: set prices that cover every cost, keep income, expenses and miles sorted by Schedule C line all year, prove each month that your books match the bank, and record every pay run with year-to-date and quarterly totals. Each workbook points out what needs fixing, so problems show up during the year instead of at tax time.
WHAT'S INCLUDED Pricing Calculator (files named Product_Profit_Calculator) • Blank workbook + filled EXAMPLE. 6 tabs: Dashboard with three charts, Settings with editable fee presets and your fixed costs, a Profit Calculator for one product in detail, a Product Catalog for up to 100 rows and a Monthly Profit Plan. See profit per sale, margin, what you earn per hour, your break-even price and the price for your target margin.
2 Business Expense Tracker • Blank workbook + filled EXAMPLE. 12 tabs: Income Log (500 rows), Expense Log (1,000 rows), Mileage Log (500 trips), Categories mapped to Schedule C lines, Home Office worksheet, Quarterly Set-Aside, Monthly P&L, a one-page Year-End Summary for your preparer, a Receipts Checklist and an optional Prior Year tab, plus a Dashboard with 5 charts. • Business_Expense_Tracker_Guide.docx: a short plain-English guide to every tab.
3 Bank Reconciliation Workbook • Blank workbook + filled EXAMPLE. 9 tabs: monthly balances, outstanding checks and deposits that carry forward, book adjustments, a reconciliation page with control checks and reviewer sign-off, a journal entry proposal and a 12-month summary. Use one workbook per bank account.
4 Simple Payroll Log • Blank workbook + filled EXAMPLE. A Payroll Log with one row per employee per pay date (up to 3,000 rows), year-to-date, quarterly and year-end totals added up from the pay runs you record, up to 25 employees, a Pay Calendar, optional Hours, a pay statement view and contractor tracking with a threshold you can edit. You type in your own withholding; it does not calculate income tax.
Each workbook is the full version. Nothing is cut down for the bundle.
Does the math. Flags errors. Each workbook tells you what needs attention: products that lose money or miss your target margin, expenses with no receipt, possible duplicates, a missing category or a date outside your tax year, a bank rec that isn't at a $0.00 difference, and checks open more than 90 days.
How it works 1. Open START_HERE.txt, then the EXAMPLE files to see finished examples. 2. Price for profit: fill in your target margin, labor rate and fixed costs, check the fee presets, then price each product. 3. Track for taxes: fill in Start Here in the Business Expense Tracker, then log income, expenses and trips as they happen. 4. Every month: reconcile each bank statement in the Bank Reconciliation Workbook until it shows RECONCILED. 5. Each payday: add one Payroll Log row per employee and type in the withholding amounts from your payroll service, accountant or official tables. 6. Year end: print the Year-End Summary and the Receipts Checklist for your tax preparer, and review the payroll Year-End Summary with your accountant or payroll provider. Cream cells are the ones you fill in; everything else is calculated. No macros.
A note on fees Marketplace and payment fees change often. The fee presets in the Product Pricing Calculator are a starting point only, so check each platform's current fee page and update them before you rely on the numbers.
Works with excel & google sheets Excel: unzip the download, open any.xlsx and start on the Start Here tab (Excel 2016 or later). Formula cells are protected with no password so they don't get typed over by accident. Google Sheets: open Google Sheets and use File > Import > Upload to open any.xlsx. Google Sheets drops the sheet protection, so type only in the cream cells there. The.docx guide opens in most document editors.
See it filled in first Every workbook comes with a filled EXAMPLE copy for a made-up business, so you can see each tab working before you type your own numbers. Keep the EXAMPLE files as a reference and work in the blank files.
Who this is for Small business owners, makers, crafters, online sellers, freelancers and side hustlers who file a Schedule C and want pricing, expenses, the monthly bank rec and a payroll log handled in one purchase. You don't need to be an accountant.
Instant download · digital files only This is a digital download. Nothing will be shipped. Your download link appears right after checkout and is also in your email receipt. Because these are digital files, all sales are final. If a file won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or send it again. One purchase covers one business; please don't resell or share the files.
Disclaimer Organizational and planning tools only. Not tax, legal, or accounting advice. The Business Expense Tracker does not prepare a return, figure tax or tell you how to report anything. Schedule C line numbers are a reference; check them against the current year's form. The Quarterly Set-Aside tab is a savings tracker, not a tax calculation. The Simple Payroll Log is a record-keeping log: you type in your own withholding amounts, and it does not calculate federal, state or local income tax. Payroll rules differ by state and change every year. The workbooks do not connect to any shop or bank; they only show what you enter. The sample businesses, people and numbers in the EXAMPLE files are fictional.
Built by ReconciledBooksCo, a small shop run by an experienced accountant.
