Digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If a file will not open or a link fails, contact us through the form within 48 hours and we will fix it or send it again.

License
Spreadsheet products for a church, nonprofit, PTO, booster club, or business are licensed for one organization per purchase. A multi-campus license needs a separate confirmation. Contact us through the form before you assume one purchase covers more than one organization.
Household and caregiver workbooks are licensed for one household per purchase.
