About ReconciledBooksCo
Do the math once. Trust it every time.
Our products give people the tools to be more efficient and successful at their job. They educate and equip them to work more efficiently, and to always trust their numbers.
ReconciledBooksCo builds those tools for church and nonprofit treasurers, PTO and booster club boards, small shops, households, and family caregivers.
Many church finance files track giving. The controls that protect the offering plate and restricted gifts are a separate job: dual-custody counts, restricted versus board-designated funds that flag a balance below zero, and bank reconciliation with reviewer sign-off. Then the rest of the treasurer month: income and expense logs, a board report, budget versus actual, and the compliance-sensitive pieces (giving statements, mileage, benevolence, policies) with clear notices where a CPA should review the work.
How the files work
Plain English on the tabs. Excel and Google Sheets. No macros. No monthly software fee. Paid spreadsheet products ship blank and with a filled example, so you can see a finished month before you type your own numbers.
Browser apps sit beside the files. Church Treasurer is for the Sunday count, giving records, and year-end statements, on a phone, tablet, or computer. ReconMatch is for bank reconciliation. The Variable Income Budget App is a safe-to-spend planner for months when the deposit changes. Each one is marked APP, not a spreadsheet.
How we sell
Individual workbooks, focused packs, and fuller bundles. Checkout and delivery open in a new tab. This site does not take a card number.
Custom templates are available when you ask. Write with what you need. We will confirm the scope before we quote a price or a date.
What these tools are not
They are organizational tools. They are not tax, legal, or accounting advice, and they are not a replacement for a full accounting system or a church-management system. Confirm anything compliance-related with your CPA.
If you need full accounting software instead of a spreadsheet, QuickBooks (opens in a new tab) is one option.
