Reseller Inventory and Profit Tracker Spreadsheet

You know what you paid for it. You know what it sold for. But after fees and shipping, did that flip actually make money? This tracker works it out for every item, and shows sales, fees and profit side by side for each platform you sell on.

Add each item when you buy it. Fill in the sale when it sells. Fees, profit, ROI and days to sell work themselves out. Digital download, nothing ships. One .xlsx file. Works in Excel or Google Sheets on any device. No macros, no add-ons.

Inventory: one row per item, from purchase to sale, with cost, source, listed date, platform, sold price and shipping. Platform fee worked out on every sale from your own fee settings (percent, fixed fee per order, and whether the fee applies to shipping). Net profit, ROI % and days to sell for every item. Status updates itself: Unlisted, Listed, Stale or Sold. Lots: bought a bin or a bundle? Enter it once and the cost is split evenly across its items. Expenses: supplies, mileage, storage and subscriptions.

Dashboard: items in stock, cash tied up in unsold stock, items sold, gross sales, platform fees, net profit, average ROI, average days to sell and expenses. Charts: net profit by month and net profit by platform. Monthly Summary, Platform Summary, and Aging Stock (unsold items, oldest first, with a Stale flag you set).

Fee settings for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, two custom platforms and local sales are editable starting values. Platform fees change often, so check each platform's current fees and edit them on Setup.

Sample data (40 items, 3 months) is included so you can see how it works. Start Here shows you how to clear it. Formula cells are locked, so you won't overwrite them by accident. Tabs: Dashboard, Monthly Summary, Platform Summary, Aging Stock, Start Here, Setup, Inventory, Lots, Expenses.

Limits: up to 1,000 items, 200 lots and 500 expense rows. Aging Stock lists up to 500 unsold items. Monthly Summary shows up to 36 months; the Dashboard month chart shows the first 12. You type your sales in. It doesn't connect to any selling account. Lot costs split evenly only.

Good for thrift flippers and part-time resellers selling on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari or locally who want one place for inventory, sales and profit after fees and costs.
